Speaking

Book the perspective, not the PowerPoint.

Keynotes at the intersection of culture, power and identity - drawn from my research, lived experience and ten years of building in the world.

The position

Not a framework in a deck. A position, argued.

Nigerian-Irish, raised in Wexford, Ireland, forever translating. I learned early that every room has rules nobody prints, and that the people who arrive last are expected to already know them. So I went and studied it: a doctorate in cultural and social psychology, then years building an organisation from the research.

The research

What I study

  • Intergroup contact and identity
  • Biculturalism and belonging
  • Power literacy and unwritten rules
  • Migration, ambition and social mobility

Keynote themes

I've never given the same talk twice. Because yapping is spontaneous. Sorry, organisers.

Advisory & Board work

I take a handful of personal advisory roles each year: strategic adviser, board member, cultural adviser, founder adviser, ambassador. This is me, personally, in your thinking — not a structured organisational programme.
